Purchasing and delivery terms

1. General Information

Mirabling always strives to provide the best customer service. You will receive a personal response to your questions by contacting us via email.

Product descriptions and images in MIRABLING’s webshop are only indicative of the appearance of the goods. Colour accuracy may vary depending on the client’s monitor settings.

Mirabling reserves the right to mail offers to its customers.

2. Ordering

To shop at MIRABLING you must be at least 18 years of age.

Facts and price information are provided with allowance for typographical errors, supplier’s price increases and storage, any inaccurately stated technical specifications, etc. and for goods out of stock.

Mirabling only accepts orders via the webshop at www.mirabling.com. Mirabling does not accept orders by mail, phone, fax or letter.

Orders made on behalf of others without their consent, or which in any other way prejudice  Mirabling financially, will be reported to the police. Mirabling will log the orderer’s IP-number to be able to corroborate fraudulent orders.

3. Delivery

For orders received before 14:00 hours on working days, the order will normally be dispatched on the same day. You will usually receive your goods 1-3 days from the day of ordering. This applies to products that we have in stock. For products that are temporarily unavailable, you will receive a message with the estimated delivery time. The same applies to non-stock items.

If you order a product that is in stock and a product that is not in stock, you will receive the product that is in stock directly. The backorder listed item will be sent free of charge as soon as it is in stock again.

4. Confirmation

When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation by email with details of your order. It is a good idea to keep this order confirmation available for any contact with customer service.

5. Payment alternatives

You have the choice of several methods of payment.

Method 1. Card payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. 

Credit card payments are processed by our payment partner DIBS- DebiTech to guarantee swift and secure payments. This is how it works: 
- Select credit card as payment method. You will now be linked to DIBS-DebiTech’s secure payment server 
- Select a type of credit card, indicate card number and expiry date. 
- A check is carried out to ensure the card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase. The amount is then blocked. 
- When the goods are sent, the money is transferred from the customer’s account to MIRABLING.

Method 2. Paypal

Transactions are processed via Paypal’s secure server. You log into Paypal with your username and password. Once your payment has been approved, you will be redirected to MIRABLING’S homepage and the confirmation of your order will arrive by e-mail.

Method 3. ”Invoice Me” by Klarna (Available only in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland)

Transactions are processed via Klarna’s secure server. Fill out your customer details including ID number and a credit check shall be initiated by Klarna. Once approved, you will be redirected to MIRABLING’S homepage. Once the order has been sent, Klarna will send you the invoice by mail.

Option 4. Cash on delivery (only within Sweden)

The goods are sent to your postal agent, you will get an SMS-notification if you have provided your mobile phone number and may pick up and pay for the goods at the postal agent. When using this payment option for large amounts, your personal ID number will be checked against the delivery address stated. In such cases, delivery will be made only to your address on file in the Swedish central population database. A Cash-on-Delivery charge of SEK 50 will be added.

In the event that goods have been dispatched for cash-on-delivery and have not been collected, you will receive a new invoice for SEK 158 (currently) to cover postal and registration costs. The payment terms for this invoice is 10 days. After that, a reminder will be sent. In case of non-payment, the matter will be forwarded for collection.

6. Delivery charge

A supplementary charge is levied according to the method of delivery that has been selected by the customer. The charge remains constant regardless of the number of items ordered or whether they have been divided into several dispatches by MIRABLING. Delivery is free when you have purchased over a certain amount in the same order. The amount varies according to the country of delivery and the delivery method selected at the checkout.

7. Order cancellation

Under certain circumstances, goods may be subject to longer delivery periods. If this is the case, Mirabling's customers have the right to cancel the order before the goods have been packed and dispatched. A confirmation by Mirabling will be sent when the cancellation has been approved.

If the customer has used the card payment option, the card will not be debited. It may, however, take a few days before the blocked amount is available again in the customer’s account.

In the event of subcontractors not delivering their goods or services and similar events beyond the control of Mirabling, Mirabling shall be exempted from delivering the goods in question.

8. Delivery

If the goods are damaged or lost during delivery, MIRABLING shall be responsible. You must, however, inform our customer service within 14 days. If the goods are damaged or lost when you return them to MIRABLING for exchange, returns or complaints, it becomes your liabilitye.

If we receive uncollected parcels from the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred in connection with such a return, currently SEK 158. Payment shall be made by remittance slip within 10 days from the date of invoice. After that, a reminder will be sent. In case of non-payment, the matter will be forwarded for collection.

9. Cooling-off right

As a customer with MIRABLING you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day that you have received the goods. A message that you wish to return the goods must be sent to our customer service no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Always contact our customer service by email before returning any goods. The message shall include the following information: order or invoice number and name of the products you wish to return.

In order that the return is approved, the returned goods must be in an unused condition. The goods shall be packaged in their original wrapping with the appertaining interior wrapping and together with any accessories. Do not put any address labels directly on the wrapping of the goods. Return the goods together with the delivery slip, invoice or order confirmation (original or copy). Do not forget to fill in the reason for the return on the back. If you have paid for the goods by cash-on-delivery, you must also provide a bank account number to receive the refund. You are liable for the return postage. Returns must not be made on the basis of cash-on-delivery. Save your receipt of registration – remember that it is you who is liable for the return shipment.

Reimbursement is normally made within 3 banking days after we have received the return. If you have paid by card, your card/account will be credited. If you have paid cash-on-delivery, the money will be credited to your bank account. Do not forget to provide your bank account number.

10. Handling

Mirabling markets products which are primarily intended to protect your iPhone or iPad from impacts, scratches and falls. Damage incurred in this way is to be considered as normal wear and tear.

The products named as mobile phone accessories in the product description are primarily intended as just accessories and shall be treated carefully.

The Crystal and Diamond series are examples of products similar to fashion accessories such as watches, rings, earrings and necklaces, that are sensitive to external forces. Mirabling thus recommends customers who desire a maximum service life out of their mobile phone accessories to treat them with the utmost care. For example, never keep your mobile phone loose in the bag, where it may come into contact with keys, other metal objects and such, but use the compartment in the bag intended for mobile phones.

Mirabling will not replace products which have been damaged through normal wear and tear or careless handling of the product.

11. Defects in the goods

11.1 Defects at time of delivery. We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defective or wrongly delivered product, contact customer service as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. We will receive the error report and process it. You will receive a return number. Return the goods in the condition they were received in, accompanied by a damage or defect report, and state the return number on the consignment and you will receive a flawless product shortly. If an identical product should not be in stock, you will be compensated with a comparable product of the same value.

11.2 Defects during the warranty period. We guarantee that the goods that you have ordered are free from manufacturing defects for one year, or for the warranty period that applies to your product. The warranty period begins on the day the product is shipped from our warehouse. If you want to invoke the warranty, contact our customer service. Customer service will give you a return number. Return the goods accompanied by a damage or defect report, and state the return number of the consignment. If the product proves to be faulty with a manufacturing defect, you will receive a flawless product shortly. If an identical product should not be in stock, you will be compensated with a comparable product of the same value.

11.3 Complaint notification of defective products must be provided within a reasonable period of time from the moment that you as the customer discovered, or should have discovered, the defect. The right to file any claim for damaged products always expires after 30 days. Normal wear and tear as a result of careless handling shall not be considered as a defect in the goods.
